Best source of advice on Samsung Glass only repairs using LOCA (Liquid Optically Clear Adhesive) is Ivestdotcom on Instagram: http://instagram.com/ivesdotcom
Doing this repair ads about $4 cost to each unit. Typically you’ll get the glass for $6 which brings the total cost to $10. Great margins on a $70-$100 repair that takes 45 minutes to an hour.
I’ve been ordering the glue from LCDglue.com http://www.lcdglue.com/Default.asp One 10ml tube will do about 5-6 S3/S4/Note 2. $10 for one tube.
When applying loca always keep in mind LESS is MORE.
For curing I used a 36W salon nail dryer. $23 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007ROD14E/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I let the phone sit for curing about 10-15 minutes.
Check out OCA Glue for some low viscosity LOCA Glue. I love this stuff. One tube will take care of about 5 Samsung repairs.
$39.99 for 5 tubes: https://squareup.com/market/oca-glue-co/loca-uv-glue-lot-of-1
I love the low viscosity from http://celltoo.com/oca_glue too but the ultimate question being…is it reworkable?
I had to repair an S4 for a 2nd time after using the low viscosity LOCA and it was a nightmare.
